Acceptance & Eligibility

You may use this Site only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Content & Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content—including the J Odyssey name, logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, visual identity, music-related materials, text, video, audio, design, code and layout—are owned by or licensed to J Odyssey Music and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Unless we expressly authorize it in writing, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape, frame or commercially exploit Site content. Personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing of direct links to public Site pages is permitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, probe or circumvent security, introduce malicious code, overload Site infrastructure, harvest personal information, misuse contact or subscription forms, impersonate another person, or use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the Site.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may link to platforms and services operated by third parties, including social-media platforms and Formspree for form processing. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, availability, content, security or policies.

YouTube API Services

J Star Entertainment LLC operates an internal publishing tool known as the J Odyssey Short Automation. This API Client uses YouTube API Services, including the YouTube Data API v3, to perform authorized publishing and channel-verification functions for the official J Odyssey YouTube channel.

By accessing or using functionality that relies on YouTube API Services, the authorized operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, in addition to these Terms of Use and any other applicable Google or YouTube policies.

Use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the applicable YouTube API Services Terms of Service, Developer Policies, Community Guidelines and other requirements published by Google or YouTube. We may modify, suspend or discontinue API-connected functionality if necessary to maintain compliance with those requirements.

The J Odyssey Short Automation is an internal company tool. It is not offered for public use, resale or distribution to third parties. Authorized API operations are intended only for company-controlled accounts and channels for which valid authorization has been granted.

The API Client may perform authorized actions including verifying the authenticated YouTube channel, uploading company-controlled video content, and submitting associated metadata such as titles, descriptions, tags, categories and publishing settings.

J Odyssey Music and J Star Entertainment LLC are independent from Google and YouTube. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Site and the J Odyssey Short Automation are not sponsored, endorsed, certified or operated by YouTube or Google.

Operators must not use the API Client in a way that violates applicable law, the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright requirements, platform policies, or the rights of third parties.

Messages, Inquiries & Submissions

When you send information through our contact form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Sending an inquiry does not create a management, booking, representation, employment, partnership or contractual relationship.

Please do not submit confidential creative material, unreleased compositions, demos, business secrets or proprietary concepts unless specifically requested. Unsolicited creative submissions may be deleted without review.

Availability & Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available, and content may be updated, moved or removed without notice.

“Coming soon” statements, release plans, performance concepts and other forward-looking creative information are subject to change.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, J Odyssey Music and its owners, affiliates, representatives and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Site or third-party services linked from it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when the Site, our services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
